There's one tiny little woman left.

Ava is trying really hard not to be so greedy with her food and not eat this last tiny.

The sheer amount of little lives lost to feed her is almost unquantifiable.
Ava just can't help herself, when she lifts a squirming, wiggling person who makes eye contact with her as living, breathing food, and it begs for its life - pleading to please not go inside her - she just can't control herself.
The sheer terror on their tiny faces as her warm, wet, pink mouth slowly opens up with a soft moan as the tiny person peers inside Ava's mouth, as saliva literally spills in anticipation of being fed.
Food that pleads that it has a family and doesn't want to lose it life as she feels it scream as it enters inside her, is almost enough to make this cruel Giantess cum.
